What is your return policy?
Merchandise purchased at All Precious Gifts may be returned to our distribution center in its original condition within 30 days of your purchase. Please click on the RMA link to receive a Return Authorization Number. We will e-mail a RMA number that you will put on the outside of the box. All Precious Gifts will not be responsible for return postage or shipping charges.

What if a product is not in stock?
We make every effort to keep all items in stock and in most instances they are. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, a representative will e-mail you with anticipated delivery dates. Your credit card will not be charged if a product is out of stock.

How do you ship the products?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Products are shipped through the US Postal Service and should arrive within 5-7 days from ship date. On orders less than $25.00 shipping is only $4.95.  Shipping is free on orders over $25.00
